PersunMall.com Review

Last “month” I received an email from the marketing staff of Persunmall.com. Persunmall.com is one of the well-known online retailers offering fashionable and quality apparel and accessories for reasonable prices. They also offer coupon codes and sales. They ship worldwide and offer exchange and return if necessary.

Persunmall.com asked me to partner with them by hosting a giveaway on my blog and they will provide the prizes. I got really excited upon knowing this; because this is the first time I’m holding a contest in my blog. So I replied to the email, created a blog post about it and extensively promoted it through my social media.

I really had a very good response and had a  total of 187 participants from all over the world! (Backtrack the blog post here)

After the giveaway is over and the winner announced, Persunmall.com, as an expression of goodwill, rewarded me with a Gift Card  that I can use to shop from their online store. They gave me a certain amount so I needed to be wise with my decision on which items to purchase that would total, no more and no less than the amount of the gift card I received. After browsing through their items for days, and decided  which apparels to buy; I finally placed my orders.

Here are the things that I bought:
1. Black And White Contrast Dress (see the item here)

I chose this asymmetrical black and white dress because of the design. It is a great twist to the "little black dress". Plus it is versatile enough to be dressed up or down. The materials used for this dress is lightweight and comfortable and has a bit of stretch too.

2. Three Button Chiffon Shirt in Navy (see the item here)

Although I already have a couple of chiffon tops in several colors and styles, I can't still get enough of it. I have like around 20 pieces of chiffon tops. I like chiffon because it is lightweight and comfy plus it is easy to wash and dries fast too..That's why I chose this navy blue chiffon top.

20 days after, I received a notification from our city's local post office that my package has arrived and ready for claiming. The following day I went to get it, I spent like less than 10 minutes at the claiming counter and after paying 50 bucks (US$ 1) for the tax, my package was handed to me.

When I got home, I excitedly opened it, and I totally loved what I received.

These are the items that I bought:

The quality is A-OK! The materials used for the clothes are of good quality. They had no stains, runs, holes or any loose threads. The clothes even had Brand and Care Labels, which substandard clothing merchandise don’t usually have. (I know this is a sign of quality, since both my parents worked for big garment exporters, back in the day, as QA’s/QC’s and I was exposed to what they do and what differentiates export quality clothing from not)

I was surprised though, to see the labels of the clothes I purchased. The top said “Asos” and the dress said “Zara Trafaluc”. For those who are not familiar with Asos, Asos is one of the famous global online fashion and beauty retailer carrying well-known and high-end brands like Calvin Klein, D&G, Ralp Lauren, Karen Millen, just to name a few. They also have their own line which is named, obviously, “Asos”. And Trafaluc is a sub-brand of Zara. I don’t think I need to elaborate more on this, I’m kinda sure almost everyone of us know the brand.

Now I’m wondering if the items from PersunMall.com are overruns from these famous brands. And if they are, that’s pretty neat right??

The sizes that I chose also fit me like a glove! Although I had to alter the length of dress, since it would look better if it’s shorter on a petite woman like me. But all in all, I have no bad reviews about the products. Both were fabulous!

I loved window shopping online and I love shopping online. So far, my experiences with these online stores haven’t caused me any headaches or disappointments. So expect me to continue patronizing these online retailers, including Persunmall.com

  6. I bought a prom dress last year and....From looking like it was made by an eight year old to taking three weeks to arrive. Then it shows up damaged and oddly proportioned. I never got a refund as you have to spend fifty bucks to ship it back to China! Buyers Beware!
