Brown Café: Another Milk Tea Brand to Try

Thailand is known for many things, the culture, the temples, the beaches and the food. But have you tried their version of milk tea? Even before the craze about milk tea even began, Thai milk tea has been my favorite since I tried it back in college. I love how strong Thai Milk tea and gest more flavorful with the addition of milk in it. Thai Tea is made from strongly brewed black tea, often spiced with ingredients such as star anise, crushed tamarind, cardamom, and occasionally others as well. That is why it’s one of the yummiest milk teas that is existing.

And as the milk tea craze spreads across Asia and the world, Thailand, though they have their own version of it, will not be left out. If you go to Bangkok, you’ll find a lot of milk tea places in malls, streets and tourist spots. And some of the brands from Thailand has also reached the shores of the Philippines. There aren’t many Thai brands since we are proliferated with mostly Taiwanese or HK brands, but one has been inching its way to Filipino milk tea-lovers: Brown Café in Serendra BGC.

Camp Curry: New Branch and New Items on the Menu

Most people go on camping trips because they're tired of the city or looking for some adventure. Whether you enjoy biking, hunting or any other outdoor activity, I’ve heard that camping offers you a lot of benefits like focus completely on a hobby or do things that you like without external distractions or solely to meditate.

But if I’m going to be a hundred percent honest, the urban girl in me quite dislike camping especially that I don’t have some essential things readily available for me. I’ve slept inside a tent only two times my entire life and both were by the shore near the beach. And the second one was even glamping. I enjoyed both, but if I have a choice between that and a comfier option I would likely to choose the latter.

Everything Unlimited at Yakiniku San - Robinson's Galleria

We all wish money grows on trees, but that is not the case and that only happens in dreams and fantasies. That is why as much as possible we get what our hard earned money is worth. This is why people love going to buffet of everything unlimited restaurants. You pay for just a minimal amount but you get many servings of food to your heart’s content. I love buffets even though some are better than others, I always see these kinds of places where I can get so much return for the money I’m spending.

Nowadays, people are going gaga over unlimited BBQ options. Most of my friends’ oft-repeated phrase is “Samgyup tayo” (let’s go for samgyup). Just last night my office mate was convincing our department to try the newly opened KBBQ in our building. Personally, I’m ok with these buffet or unlimited BBQ restos, but it’s not something that I would eat like every week or many times a week. Only when I crave it.
