Zaful.com Haul #11 + Review

Hello lovely people of the internet! How's life going? I bet the days are getting busier every moment as the holiday season has already began. Well in my country, at least. We Filipinos start the holiday season when in September and ends it in February, probably the longest holiday celebration in the world.

The last quarter of the year will be very busy for me. I'll be doing a couple of trips in and out of the country plus the tad too many parties that I'll be attending as well. Because of that I really don't have much time to go around malls to shop; thus my default would be to do almost everything online. 

As early as now, I'm doing my clothes shopping. Well, y'all know by now that my go-to online shop is Zaful. Been hauling there for about a year now and I love all the things I've grabbed from the site for the most part.

I was smitten the moment I saw this dress while browsing the online shop. This color is the least that I would pick out if I see one on the rack, but the design and details of this dress are so nice that I can't help but put it my cart. I just thought I need some pop if color in my wardrobe as mine is dominated with super basic colors and it won't hurt if I tried wearing a clothing item in an unusual color for me.   The moment I took it out of its packaging I was praying it would fit. And I got lucky because it fits me pretty well. The color is a bit darker than the photo on the website; it's more of a red-orange shade than a bright orange, which I like better. The material used is some soft and thin crepe fabric with a distinctively crisp, crimped appearance and is very nice and flowy. Though it's unlined it's not sheer at all. The quality is superb and you may compare the make of this dress from the items you can buy from Forever 21 or H&M. I am so into the subtle details of the frills and the cut-out on the collar area.

I like necklaces with tusk pendants that's why I got this layered necklace. The pendants are nice and the tusk pendant has a huge faux pearl attached to it. The chains though doesn't look like high-quality ones or like those stainless ones. I know for a fact this will tarnish fast by the looks of it. They fall at a perfect length though and will look good in any low neck clothing. This necklace is very affordable and cheap so I wasn't expecting too much from it. But either way it looks fancy and nice and can spruce up any simple outfit. 

Button Up Geometric A-Line Dress  Color: Light Blue / Size: Large / Material: Cotton,Polyester / Dresses Length: Mini / Collar-line: Spaghetti Strap / Sleeves Length: Sleeveless / Pattern Type: Geometric / Season: Spring|Summer 

Another hit in this haul is this dainty sky blue dress. This is a beautiful mini dress features an asymmetrical square pattern and button-up front. I love its geometric print and details. The folded collar line and big cloth covered buttons makes it look sleek and vintage. The pockets aren't that deep and mainly for aesthetic purposes. The straps are not adjustable, but I can live with those. The material is made of a fabric that is kind of on the nylon side, not cotton or chiffon but still comfy to wear and flowy.

I got this in large as I am busty and big on the hips area. It fits perfectly all over but a little bit snug around the chest area. But all in all it's ok. It is also lined which for me doesn’t need it really as the material isn't sheer at all. I must commend though the quality and make of this dress because it is really well done. Just like the orange dress, you can compare it to dresses that you can buy from Forever 21, H&M or Mango.
