Music, fun, camping, and all the good things come alive at camping festivals. It’s lively and pure fun, which is why many of these festivals draw huge crowds year after year. They’re a great way to spend a vacation and have a blast! Or even take some time off work and chill to the mul-ti-day party atmosphere that these festivals build.
It is worth noting that many festivals have moved their usual dates this year, given the corona-virus/Covid 19 pandemic fears. If you choose to travel to any festival in a few months, please be mindful of local and regional health warnings.
As much as we love these festivals, it’s best to skip them if there is a health advisory in place. Here are the coolest festivals to attend, once things return to normal.

Bonnaroo is one of the biggest festivals in the USA. The grounds are an endless sea of people, tents, RVs, and vehicles. Well over a hundred thousand people attend the festival and tickets are sold out at speeds that would make light blush. Some of the top names in the industry are often in attendance and many major music names have marked their attendance at the festival.
Camping is the most popular option for staying at the festival. Though other options are also available. Shuttles and hotels are available for guests who prefer some luxury. This year’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival is scheduled from September 24-27 at Manchester, Tennessee.
2. Summer Camp
What makes Summer Camp awesome is that it is quite literally a camping festival! Although mu-sic and entertainment are mixed in and are quite the draw to this festival. The camp is located just outside the city of Chillicothe in Ohio.
When it is camp season, the camp often hosts more than thrice the population of the city. The campgrounds can get cramped, so knowing a few tricks to choose the best festival tent will be helpful. Well, this part’s true for basically any festival or busy campground. Campgrounds are located within a forest and have plenty of activities. These can be simple camp and tent activities, or roaring music from the festival. It’s quite an interesting sight, and a lot of fun to be had. This year’s Summer Camp is scheduled for August 21-23 at Three Sisters Park.

Camping in Las Vegas. The camping option was added only a few years ago to the EDC and turned out to be a huge hit! Additionally, this is also a leave-no-trace event, so experienced campers can really en-joy camping along with the music and festivities. This year’s Shambhala Music Festival is scheduled for July 24-27.
