Filipino Food Re-Imagined at Soleras
Creativity is something that Filipinos don’t lack and it’s evident in a so many ways. And yes, even though this pandemic or even in toughest times. Especially when it comes to food, need I say more about turning pandesal into different flavors, all the baked sushi variants etc. We never stop reimagining nor reinventing especially with Filipino cuisine.
Recently, I visited this very unique and newly opened restaurant in Banawe, Quezon City called 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐬. This restaurant screams nothing but being unique. Why? First, it’s inside a store that sells hardware and construction tools & products. If women make their boyfriends/husbands wait when they go shopping, let’s just say the table would be turned this time around. But women who will accompany their significant others who’s busy looking at tools won’t be bored, and they can just try out the food that Soleras is offering. Of course, you can bring the whole family too!
