I am someone who loves to dress up especially if I have enough time to prepare and choose outfits. If I am attending an event, say like a wedding or a party; I always plan a complete outfit (and yes, that is from head-to-toe) weeks in advance and sometimes way to ahead. I’ve never been to a homecoming dance because there’s no such thing as that in my country but I knew that by looking it up. But it is basically the same though, they are both school affairs but with homecoming, alumni are invited as well.
