After that, you have to push up onto your hands and then move the body into the downward dog yoga position. Give a stretch to your heels and chest toward the floor and then return to the plank position on your forearms at a slower pace.

  1. a good way to do exercise even in your busy schedule. you do not need any equipment and other stuff to do this workout. practice this different position everyday and eventually your body will get used to this routine and soon enough it will be a habit. a easy way to help our body in stimulating the core muscles

  2. This is not easy to do. I've tried to do this but 1 min feels like an hour. I can barely last for 1 min and I feel like my whole body is so weak. But after doing it I can feel that my body is heating up and it is one of the best feeling for me. I really know how beneficial and how effective it is that's why I'm doing it.
