Buendia Food by the Court: Sausage Party

In less than a year, Buendia Food by the Court has already established itself as a favorite foodie destination and hangout in Makati City. Launched early this year by SUDECO, the unique food park, which also houses a basketball court, started out with 13 merchants. Today, BFBTC has a total of 27 merchants serving a variety of unique, mouthwatering food concepts. The first of its kind in Makati, Buendia Food by the Court is an extensive food park with its own basketball court, located conveniently in the middle of the metro. 

Whether you want to burn a few calories post binge, work up an after-game appetite, or you simply want to chill with friends in a hip, laid back environment that just happens to offer some of the best grub in the city, BFBTC is your best bet. Buendia Food by the Court, with its wide variety of curated food options, has something for everyone.

Another stall offering international dishes is Sausage Party. This stall offers everything sausage and alcoholic beverages from Europe. They have Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Cheesy Frankfurter or Hungarian sausage with cheese and bacon. We got to try their best-sellers: the Sausage Platter and Sausage with potato salad.

At Sausage Party it’s always Oktoberfest, especially when you order their Sausage Platter. This includes 4 kinds of sausages, French fries, 3 assorted dips and fresh vegetables. Order them with local and international beers or those liquor shots and you and you’re friends are good to go for the night.

Another dish that we got to try is their sausage plus potato salad. You can choose any sausage: Bratwurst, Weisswurst, Cheesy Frankfurter or Hungarian sausage with cheese and bacon combo with a cold cooked potato chopped and mixed with a dressing and seasonings. I like their potato salad because it was so creamy and flavorful.
