Zaful.com Haul #17 + Review

Hey there 2018! How's everybody's New Year’s celebrations? Hope you had a good one! We're already on the second week of the New Year and the festive feeling of the holidays has died down, because yeah, we're all back to work! Bummer, I know... But a new year is something that we have to be all grateful for. I mean it's always a fresh start right? And we should all keep our heads up high for all the brighter things this year has in store for us. 




As for me, I'm still in a festive mood! Even at work I am still in it hahaha! Kinda slugging it still, finding my groove back. And I'm still accepting Christmas gifts until the end of February! Just kidding! Nah! I just received some packages in the mail last weekend and felt like they're presents that just came in late because of the busyness of the holiday season. 

Soooo I'm on my 17th Zaful haul!!! Woot!!! This haul contains a lot of stuff so let's get started. 

Tied Ruffle Plaid Tank Top

Gingham is still in this season and I think it's a classic design that won't ever going in style, that's why I got this top. It's very summery and so girly. I love the bow tie detail on the bust area. Great that it gives me good coverage in this area but I couldn't wear it just anywhere because it is kinda sexy. Most likely that I will wear it on my upcoming beach trips. The straps are adjustable and the back is smocked so it hugs the body well. The peplum style is also so nice. The back is a little low. This fits me well btw.

I found this statement shirt super funny and that it speaks volumes about me hahaha! People that are close to me tease me that I am always hungry and that I eat a lot. So this is my way of owning that moniker and I am not ashamed of that. If you'll notice my blog posts are generally about food and clothes so yeah friends, there you go! The material of the shirt is super soft and stretchy. It fits me well. I like that the sleeves are folded. The print is rubberized but not that fine but I can live with that.

I already have the exact same dress in my Zaful haul but in another color (check this post here: ZAFUL.COM HAUL #15 + REVIEW). I loved it so much that when I saw that it comes in another color I knew I gotta have this color too. This dress reminds me of Taylor’s Swift’s style during the years of her 1989 album and that it has that vintage feel to it. I got it in large and it fits me ok.  The silhouette is very flattering, just like any other wrap-around dress. Though the upper part doesn’t give much coverage and sits too low, so I would probably use a tube top underneath to cover what needs to be covered hehe. It looks exactly like the photo on the site. The skirt part is super flowy and falls just above the knees. The sleeves have cute little details. The fabric is made of super soft flowy cotton and the make is of great quality too! Perfect for spring and summer.

This beautiful mini dress features double lace-up details on the front with buttoned closure and a tiny floral print throughout with short voluminous sleeves in A-line silhouette, suits for the casual, going out, beach and summer occasions. I am super in love with this dress' color as I don't have anything in my wardrobe in this shade of blue. It has a unique and vintage style that I totally adore. The small flower prints are gorgeous. The material is thick polyester but is very soft and flowy. I got this in XL for fear that it may run small but I should have gotten Large instead as that will fit me better I think. It's not snug around the bust, waist and hip area but the shoulder area is a bit large and quite unflattering. But I will just have that area altered to fit me, no biggie. Still loving this dress!





Floral Patched Ruffles Embellished Dress

This casual embellished dress featuring floral embroidered patchwork at front with ruffle hem details and semi sheer long sleeves, hook-and-eye closures around the collar creating a cutout, mini length adds glamour. I love anything plumetti so this dress was a no brainer in adding to my shopping cart. Plumetti is a fine lightweight dress fabric of cotton, wool, or rayon that is woven with raised dots or figures on a plain background producing a feathery or embroidered effect. Love the dress and all its little details. It fits well all over but quite snug around the breast area. The length is perfect. I could see me using this on casual days or when going dressy (paired with strappy heels) and it will still work well. 





Floral Crossed Front Romper

Rompers... I am addicted to them! They're hip and stylish. Comfy and no brainer outfit but yeah most of the time hard to wear and remove but I can bear with that for the sake of fashion style. Love the purplish blue base color and the tropical prints of this romper. It’s made of polyester yet it is not stiff and zips on the side. The length is just right but the neckline sits very low so I would likely wear a tube top bra underneath it. All in all love this romper especially that it fits me well.





Lovely Inflatable Cup Holder Float Pink Flamingo Shaped Design

The last two items in this haul are order fillers and that I find them too cute to resist so I bought them. These floatees are very cute and fun to play with in pool, tub, lake, ocean and more. It is lightweight, foldable and portable, so you can carry it with you easily. You can easily inflate it by blowing it or using a hand held pump. It is good for holding soda cans, plastic and disposable cups. They are the same as the picture on the site. I love pandas and this squishy toy is just irresistibly cute and soft. I use it as a stress reliever, you know like a stress ball, but waayyy cuter. Restores the original shape quickly after you loosen the grip of it. You cannot help holding it in your hands because it's so soft! The closest thing that I can play with a panda (for now hehe).
