Besides the pica-pica served for this event, we also got to try some of the dishes from their menu like their Nachos, Monster Taco, Ribs Plate and Smoked Beef Brisket.
Stage 1 Ribs Solo - includes 1/4 slab of smoked soft bone ribs, coleslaw, carrots and corn and rice. You can choose between regular or spicy BBQ sauce. I like their coleslaw because it tasted milky unlike the ones I've tried before that tasted too much mayonnaise flavor. The meat was tender and flavorful, but had too much herbs. It would be better if you eat them with the BBQ sauce which is what we did.
Smoked Beef Brisket -slow smoked for 12 hours over hardwood and coals to a very tender and flavorful experience. This juicy brisket is an explosion of flavor complimented with Alabama white barbeque sauce. The meat is flavorful as well and you actually don't need a knife to cut it into pieces, it is that soft and tender, almost melts in your mouth. This comes with fries and corn on the cob.
