Owned by a Filipino-Italian family who spent most of their lives living in Italy. The restaurant’s name Trifoglio is of course an Italian word that translates in English to “clover” which is also a part of the restaurant’s logo. I’m not really sure why they used that name as I forgot to ask but after looking it up the three leaves of the clover are said to stand for faith, hope and love.
